Shipping Policy
High Resort Outfitters guarantees your order will be shipped within 14 business days of order being placed. We cannot guarantee delivery within those 14 days but you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your order within 21 days from the date of purchase you will be given a refund of half of the amount you purchased. All orders are shipped from Albuquerque, NM. If you choose to have your uniform delivered to your school campus please follow the estimated delivery times below:
Shipping within to any home address: 7-10 business days
Delivery to the Albuquerque Campus: Every Wednesday for orders placed Sunday through Saturday of the previous week
Shipping to Las Cruces Campus: Every two weeks for the two weeks prior (~15th and 31st of each month)
Shipping to Las Vegas Campus: 20th of each month (if ordered between the 1st-15th) or the 1st of each month (if ordered between the 15th-31st)
Free shipping to all school campuses. All home deliveries are subject to a small delivery fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the case of an order being delivered with issues such as peeling vinyl or a distorted logo image, a free remake will be made within one day of receipt of complaint and shipped within 2 days for rush delivery.
If the shirt simply is not what you were expecting or wanting after your online purchase you will be allowed to buy a new shirt for 50% and keep the old one. We do not accept any clothes back.
